Kim and Valerie Dressel founded Dressel Construction Company Inc. in 1982.  Since then we have been creating fine homes in the Santa Fe area whether it be traditional or contemporary style.  Our work has been synonymous with exceptional  design and construction.  Our dedication to quality is apparent throughout the homebuilding process and in the hundreds of homes that we have built for satisfied clients.  Dressel Construction specializes in high performance  energy efficient homes always looking for new methods, materials, and equipment to stay ahead of the field. We work closely with homeowners on our custom homes, and we maintain excellent relationships with our partners on every project, closely managing the progress of each home, carefully attending to the accounting, budgeting, and construction scheduling.  Our focus is tight, usually with no more than two to three homes under construction at a time.  A dedicated superintendent heads each project and Kim visits our sites several times daily to maintain quality and artistic integrity.
